Being an Agile Customer

The Customer Role in Agile Development is simply the most critical part of the whole process. Without a Customer who is fully engaged with the development process, the chances of project success are greatly diminshed regardless of what process you use.

This 1 day course provides a introduction to Agile Development from the Customer's perspective. It illustrates the benefits of using Agile Development, and uses interactive exercises to introduce key concepts.

The target audience for this course is Customer representatives and management, including higher level managers of the development team.
