Agile Project Management
This 2 day course provides an overview of Agile Development, and allows the participants to understand the background, motivation, and benefits of Agile Development. They will learn how to manage and track Agile Development projects, and strategies for introducing Agile Development to their organization.
This course is primarily intended for Project Managers and Program Managers, although people who will be acting in the Coach role for an Agile Development team will benefit. Additionally, executives who oversee a portfolio of projects would benefit from the course.
