Introduction to Agile Development

This is a 2 or 3 day course that delivers an in-depth look at the fundamentals of Agile Development, and is intended for individual project team members, or complete teams. Ideally, the students are a mix of end users, business domain experts and development team members, although that is not required.

Through lectures and interactive exercises, this course conveys the principles of Agile Development, and focuses on communication as the foundation of Agile Development success.
